Registration Process of IRCTC CSC VLE

◆ The process for Registration of IRCTC Agent :-

1) Log in to Digital Seva portal

Digital Sewa Portal

2) Select service of IRCTC.

3) Out of 4 options select “IRCTC Agent Registration Form” option.

◆ The process for email and mobile number updation :-

1) Log in to Digital Seva portal

Digital Sewa Portal

2) Select service of IRCTC.

3) Out of 4 options select “For mobile and email update kindly use this link to update” option.

4) Enter New mobile number and email address (Please ensure that the mobile number and email address should have never been used for IRCTC)

◆ The process for updating address and uploading proof of address / Proof of Identification (Document blurred) :-

1) Log in to Digital Seva portal

Digital Sewa Portal

2) Select service of IRCTC.

3) Out of 4 options, select “For rejected documents kindly use this link to re upload” option.

4) Enter your CSC ID and upload the required documents.

5) Please ensure that the scan of the document is clear and readable.

6) The size of the document should not be less than 100 KB

◆ The process for updating PAN/ Aadhaar :-

1) Logon to IRCTC with personal User ID of IRCTC in which your PAN is registered.

2) Go to E wallet option and deactivate the wallet account from here to release the PAN/Aadhaar details.

3) They will get released as soon as the wallet is deactivated.

( Make sure you don't have any balance in your wallet before deactivating it , Please use it first then deactivate otherwise no one will not be responsible for the remaining balance.)

4) Once updated, you are requested to send us a confirmation mail.

5) They shall start working on creation of the agent ID immediately upon receipt of confirmation of updation from you.

6) Once the code is generated, they will inform you over email.

◆ Check the status of the agent code :-

1) Log in to Digital Seva portal

Digital Sewa Portal

2) Select the service of IRCTC after login.

3) Select 1st option i.e “Find your agent code”

4) You will get the status of your application.
